2. Meeting with HOD on any discrepancy on standards if observed any and come with solutions which has to be replaced.

3. To monitor HACCP standards and verification process.

4. To monitor Dispatch needs.

5. Forecasting flight details and man power needs in advance and alter shift according to expectations on operation changes.

6. To monitor Equipment to balance our need.

7. To co-ordinate with the internal departments and external agency for a smooth operation of the organization.

8.To Check Voyage report on feed back and complaints and reply customers .
