EMPLOYMENT
• Lender (First Guaranty Bank) July 2015- Present
As a Lender, I analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility. Executed loan origination process, including ordering credit reports, appraisals, and title reports. Created financial analysis reports of commercial real estate, borrowers’ financial statements, lease reviews and market research. Determined appropriate rate locks, issuance of disclosures, and handled appropriate fee waivers.
• Banking Academy (First Guaranty Bank) January 2015-July 2015 I worked closely and observed every facet of First Guaranty Bank to obtain an understanding of the way every department works together to make a bank run.
• Relationship Banker (First Guaranty Bank) August 2012-January 2015 I worked closely with customers and potential account holders to identify the best product that would be most beneficial for them. Referred them to the appropriate officer, or proceeded with growing a closer business relationship with them. Called CD customer 10 days in advance to discuss rates and how they would be investing their money. Ordered checks, opened accounts, closed accounts, followed up with customers after Resource Associate referrals were taken, made 25 customer calls monthly which I exceeded every month by making 26 from my portfolio. Cross selling on every new account that I opened to obtain a 2.5% cross sell ratio or higher.
• Resource Associate (First Guaranty Bank) October 2011-August 2012 I accurately processed routine transactions, including cashing checks, depositing money and collecting loan payments. Gave account balances, resolved customer issues. In addition to those responsibilities I balanced my drawer daily and played an important role in batching and processing proof work throughout the day. I also worked closely with the resource specialist to handle the General Ledger Reconciliation accounts while we were without a supervisor. EDUCATION
