Review internal HSEQ policies & practices to ensure they are current and appropriate.

Establish & Devise necessary plans to meet or exceed KPI (Key Performance Indicators).

Devise, Supervise and Coordinate training programs or Media which will increase proficiency in safe practices and promote HSEQ consciousness.

Coordinating with Govt. bodies for new/renewal of Licenses (FSSAI, BBMP Trade, Shops & Establishment) & Third party certification bodies for certification / Renewal of management system certificate.

Admister Internal/Vendor/Third Party Audits.

Prepare and review the Bangalore and Chennai audit reports.

Cordinating with external laboratory for food & water sampling

Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measures.
