Client: Mercedes Benz Research and Development.
Role: Senior Consultant
Description: PAI Download Area is a web application for download the deliverables and provide the info center (release information) of PAI (Proactive infrastructure) projects.
It consists of the two module one admin for update the information latest release and normal user for download and check the updated release information.
Responsibilities:
•Oversee all project objectives across all phases of development. Monitor workflow and make timeline adjustments as needed with collaboration with team and plan projects sprints.
•Understanding the business requirements from client gathering and finalization of functional and technical specifications.
•Followed agile methodology for development with 3 week iterations.

Description: This is a development which we are creating for MB Taiwan to create Contracts they sell along with the Vehicle they sell. It consists of three modules one is MPC module, second is dealer module and third is their financial module. MPC will create the product which dealer will sell to customers once the financial department will approve that product. Once dealer will send the product, the product will be consider as Contract between dealer and the customer and then, will sent to financial department again for the approval. Sold Contracts is visible to all the three login modules but has their own authority to access that contract.
Responsibilities:
•Implement and integrate third-party libs eSign, Asprise OCR(optical character recognition) for Barcode Recognition.
•Perform work breakdown structure process with team and divide and define sprint tasks to work on.
