Operationalized a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) first by executing Gap Analysis to evaluate prior Test processes and procedures, provided a To-Be State Implementation Plan and a Continuous Improvement Plan.

Worked with teams of testers that executed Functional, Automation, Performance, Security and Mobile Testing projects for enterprise systems used by business, faculty and students.

Built, maintain and execute an automated test suite using Selenium Webdriver to automate testing of several applications and increase test coverage by 75%.

Software in test includes Desire 2 Learn (D2L), PeopleSoft, Workday, ELM, TouchNet, DVTR, PSFT Database Encryption, Document Management System DMS and tested by onshore and offshore team members.

Consultatively work as Management liaison within the Enterprise Testing Delivery organization with business units such as Consumer Direct (CD), Small and Medium (SLMED), Large Groups, vendors and Strategic Solution Partners (SSPs).

Worked extensively in the successful upgrading, re-engineering, implementation and deploying of multiple systems for the Healthcare Exchange in ensuring compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) mandates.

Lead software testing teams across multiple programs such as Sarbanes and Oxley (SOX) mandates reporting, TIBCO, PEGA and Trizetto FACETS upgrades.

Architected the patch management and defect management process for SOX program and trained test teams across the Test organization on new process after roll-out.

Extensive knowledge of EDI, HL7, diverse data formats and protocols such as 834 5010 formats, 1350 (Medical, Dental) as well as HIPAA compliance requirements for PHI and PII.
