RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Schedule Management:

Developing Cost for all change order requests for Client’s review and approval.

Interfacing with client on the all change order requests.

Change order evaluation and negotiation experience with clients.

Provide progress report weekly and monthly

Risk Management:

Identifying schedule risk, analyzing identified risk (qualitative and quantitative), and developing cost effective risk response plans in accordance with stakeholders tolerances.

Monitoring identified risk and risk response effectiveness.

Proper communication of risk to project team member through meetings and reports to ensure continuous awareness of risk management.

Develop Plans and Procedures

Develop project plans, procedures (including work method statement, work aids etc) and ensure that these plans and procedures align with the project objectives.

Coordinate all engineering activities (including Technical specifications, Project Execution Plan,, Material Take Off, etc.), As-Built documentations, etc.

Reporting:

Develop daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, end of year, end of project reports etc with the Planning Engineer

Work with the Planning Engineer to Estimate Manpower and equipment requirements Cost Management:

Prepare milestone completion notification for client’s review and approval

Preparation of milestone completion certificates for invoicing Scope Management:

Develop Change Proposal Authorization (CPAs) for approved TQs with cost implications.

Develop Cost for all change order requests for review and approval. Subcontract/Subcontractor Management:

Reviews subcontractors’ work schedule in order to have a realistic work program.

Issues work completion certificates to subcontractors on completion of milestones. PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER
