Profile Summary

Experienced in managing wells and subsurface applications portfolio, including gathering users’ requirements and understanding them from the business perspective, proposing IT solutions, handling users and vendor communication, managing queue of users’ requests, troubleshooting issues, managing application licenses, handling coordination between local IT and the global IT support to ensure applications availability and reliability.

Supervised the customization and implementation of welltest workflow in Avocet with Schlumberger and obtained business sign-off. Identified the performance issues in welltest workflow and provided resolution steps for Schlumberger development team to implement.

Lead database administration handover project to DBAs by first addressing the audit findings, security teams concern and complying with the DBAs standards.

Coordinated the upgrade of AWM & DecisionPoint to Avocet 2017 for 3 QP fields with 400+ wells.
