Fore Man; Project; Private hostel extensions and renovations – Internship; Project; Classic Hostel in Nairobi West, Nairobi County. The project involved building 45 units, renovating the existing block and draining the surface runoff water to the county drainage system. The project cost was 4.5 million and I worked for the contractor in ensuring that the works were executed within budget, specified time and standard quality. Responsibilities undertaken;

- Provide technical input regarding design, construction, or modifications as required

- Supervise all construction works, communicate to, co-ordinate and negotiate with all site workers, sub- contractors and suppliers.

- Schedule delivery of needed materials and labor requests.

- Manage tool and materials inventory and ensure unused materials are accounted for and reported.
