RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for effective implementation of quality management system of the project. Preparation and update of Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Procedures &Inspection test plans for various activities in line with Project/Client requirements.
Ensuring the implementation of Quality system among various departments to meet quality objectives.
Pre-qualification of vendors and subcontractors.
Monitor the Subcontractor’s performance for compliance with Quality requirements.
Study the Piping & Tank MTO’s and identify the PQRs/WPSs required for the project.
Preparation and getting the approval of required Proposed WPSs from the Client.
Reviewing the NDT procedures for its compliance to the client requirements prior to the submission to client.
Liaise with client on technical issues against stated requirements and resolve it through technical deviation requests (TDRs) or Technical Queries (TQ).

Review work order for general quality assurance and specific customer requirements.
