ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Working with McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd,Adani 5MTPA DMC Coal Washery Plant,PEKB,CG as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer(Project) from March 8, 2019 to Onward.

Heavy Structural Steel (MS and SS) Fabrication: Cable-Torque Thickener, Magnetic Separators, AFDS and IMO Plant requirements and Maintenance.

Duties and Responsibility:

Production planning as per Drawing and delivery date.

Checking Engineering Drawing and giving feedback to the Design Department if there is any mistake and making them to revise the drawings.

Read Drawing carefully and listing down the brought out and machinery items.

Listing down the fastener and raw material (angle, plate, channel and pipe) as per standards by using Excel data sheet.

Sending raw material for machining purpose.

Status enquiry, Inspection of machining/purchasing/repairing items by meeting or telephone.

Checking raw material, fasteners, brought out material as per Standards given in

Drawing.

Work distribution as per ability of Co-workers.

Monitor workflow.

Maintain Production quality.

Welding check (Continuous welding, welding defects, and welding thickness).

Checking Pipe materials, pipe fittings (Flange, Gasket, Elbow, Reducer, Tee, Union) Hydraulic and Pneumatic Components as per Drawing.

Delivery for sand-blasting and painting(Primer, Intermediate coat)

Checking paint thickness (in microns) as per drawing.
