New Product Design and Development:
• To Manage development projects as Technical Project Lead; plan and coordinate all facets of projects, including modeling & detailing, project scope requirements gathering, workflow prioritization, resource allocation, and completion of the project by On-Time delivery with quality.
• To conduct technical review for new projects with cross functional team in order to find the feasibility of the product and the process to develop it.
• To prepare the technical review sheet to fix the process flow and to outsource the parts.
• Reverse engineering, modeling and detailing of customer drawings for first operation process by cad tools (AutoCAD and Solid works).
• Creating bill of material with process description and material specification, maintain the drawing enquiry released, engineering change notes and issue documents.
• Develop and fabricate the first sampling of customer product as a proto lot. Coordinate with quality team for customer inspection and collect the feedback from the customer for proto lot, if any changes requested by customer, revise the drawing and process as per the customer requirement.
• Preparation of tooling concepts and Coordinate with industrial engineering team to develop the tooling’s like fixtures/jigs/templates/clamping device/welding fixtures/gauges etc.
• Develop and fabricate the pre-production lot (pilot lot) with the tooling’s and observe time study for the fixtures, create SOP to effective use of the lean manufacturing technique for the errorless production.
• Prepare PPAP documents like Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA), and Work Instruction etc. to handover a product to the production department with Part Submission Warrant.
• To be a part of Continual Improvement (KAIZEN) of the company by generating a C.I cards. 5S auditor and In-charge for implementation.
• To be a part of Quality circle and RIW projects. Achievements
