Spares for Toyota Vehicles and also for Caterpillar Forklifts procurement and also managing the critical spares and periodic maintenance spares to reduce the downtime.
Follow up with logistics providers & forwarders and tracking PO’s to get material on time at site.
Accountable for Perpetual Inventory Control, Distribution & Logistics, Daily Inventory, Stock taking and Stock Replenishment on a daily basis
Generation of MIS from ERP – Stock value analysis, consumption analysis, Fast /slow / Non-moving stocks analysis, Inventory ageing & etc.
