• Drawing /3D Model -2D drawing in AutoCAD Software, Methoding for manufacturing of Casting in the shop Floor. Weight Estimation based on 2D drawing, 3D Solid Modeling, Assembly of the 3D Components as well as Reverse Engineering from Scanned Components in Power Shape and solid works Software also.

• Methoding -Solidification / Simulation under Magma Simulation Software started from June

– 2017. Preparation of Pattern drawing including Methoding in 3D Model under Power Shape Software& thereafter run the Solidification / Simulation under Magma Software. To find out the feed Modulus, Calculation of Riser Size based on feed modulus, Location of Hot Spot, Analysis of different results, such as, Sand Inclusion, Flow Tracer, Filling Temperature, Hot Spot F S Time, Porosity, Fraction Liquid, Niyama, etc. etc. 2. Venus Engineering Company, an innovative manufacturing company of trolley, fan, blower folding chair and table at fakir bagan, Howrah, West Bengal, India, since October –2018 and still continue .

• Methoding -Solidification / Simulation under soft cast Software. To find out the feed Modulus, Calculation of Riser Size based on feed modulus, neck and gate design for DI & CI casting Location of Hot Spot, Analysis of different results, such as, Filling Temperature, Heat intensity, Porosity, feeding system design, etc.

• Working in DMM Line, ARPA Line & recently working on vertical line molding machine project for casting development.

PROJECT - 3: -Convert 3 Cylinder Engine [Maruti 800] into Petrol Testing Rig. - The project is basically Online measurements and performance analysis, PΘ-PV plots, performance plots and tabulated results, Data logging, editing, printing and export, Configurable graphs, IP, IMEP, FP indication, Combustion analysis.

MAJORTRAINING: -28th days in Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited [Nagoan Paper Mill]. Under different sections of a Paper manufacturing Industry like – Pulp mill, Paper Machine, Utility (power generation of 15MW X 2 unit and mechanical workshop. OTHERS(LOCKDOWN PERIOD)-

1. Black Belt six sigma (certified by LinkedIn).
