1. CURRENT RESPONSIBILLITIES IN DR, SULAIMAN AL-HABIB MEDICAL GROUP
Performs professional work in the compounding and dispensing of medication in unit dose and I.V. admixture.
Reviews and interprets physician’s drug order for clarity, rational, dosage form, allergies, interactions, incompatibility, etc.
Answer physician’s inquiries regarding drugs.
Maintains control and security of all drugs including dispensing, record keeping and secured storage of medication.
Dispenses outpatient’s home going prescriptions.
Prepares and/ or supervises the preparation of TPN and I.V. admixture including chemotherapeutic agents.
Provides drug information and assists in instructing nursing and medication staff, pharmacy resident and students.
Performs inspection of nursing units, discusses service problems with head nurses and recommends solutions to pharmacy supervisor.
Assist with special projects as necessary.
Follow all hospital related policies and procedures.
Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skill and abilities. 2. RESPONSIBILITIES (AS SENIOR PHARMACIST)
Maintain and support pharmacy services according to state rules and regulations.
Plan, direct, review, and correct pharmacy procedures.
Dispensing of medicines according to the prescription and requirement of patient.
Check, maintain and control inventory of pharmacy.
Generate monthly purchase requisitions according to consumption.

Keeping detailed records of all contacts;
Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products;
Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team
Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
