Working in excel as per data in filter, Pivot table & LOOKUP’s and using different functions and formulas.

Maintaining employee data and Attendance data.

Tracking and maintaining of employee’s worksheets like call and Leads data.

Preparing reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) as per the requirements from top management.

Plan and organize the induction program for the new joiner.

Complete the joining formalities i.e collect the required documents, creation of the employee id for attendance.

Preparing left and new joining employees report (Weekly and Monthly).
