Duties And Responsibilities (General)

Operation

To reviewed the AFC drawing, project specification, construction / installation procedure, deliverable item and relevant project documents, work packages / work order and applicable standard. Conduct the site work scoping to verified the potential and conductivity of individual scope (Piping, Mechanical & Structural) work. Raised technical query discrepancy finding if required .Duties include the work pack preparation such as summary information, detailed work scope, project execution planning, procedure, Job Carding,MTO, drawings, QA/QC, Hydrotesting and re-instatement scope of work, mechanical completion-walk down checklist. To identified the tie-in point location during the hook up execution. Prepare the spading plan location and coordinate with the operation personnel identification and proper tagging. Progress reporting. Develop narrative and methodology of the scope of work if require,

Field Engineering

Review the design and raised technical query for discrepancy and constructability, Duties include the preparation of technical support mark up drawing, sketches, dossier, spool sheet and as-built drawing. Prepare the work methodology and work instruction base on the scope of work. Prepare the mark up P&ID by system and sub system for commissioning usage. Responsible in preparation of tender (Technical & Commercial) documents for bidding purposes. Prepared the construction method/methodology and look ahead schedule.

Management

Administered, oversee and manage the construction, fabrication, installation, Integration and hook up & commissioning against the whole work packages. Interface and coordinate with the CSR (Company Site Representative), Welding Engineer / Inspection Team, Production Engineer/Staff, PMT and Engineering Team. Duties include the manpower resources, material and equipment requisition. Duties include the supervision, coordination and monitoring the work activities during the project execution. Interface to onshore / offshore team and CSR related to project work ( construction, installation, fabrication and hook up & commissioning) packages. Track the project against the schedule, budget and reporting status. Expedite the back lug, work to update the project schedule. Review and study the change order and site instruction to prepare separate work pack. To attend the regular progress and kick off meeting with client and EPC contractor.Direct all project phase engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation and commissioning. Prepared the 7 days look ahead schedule base on the original project schedule. To determine and verified the Shutdown and non shutdown activities. Reviewed the spading plan. Report directly to Project Manager.

Inspection

In charged the daily actual and routine field (Piping & Mechanical) inspection against the work schedule. Conduct equipment (rotating & static) inspection and prepare a report with comments and issue to client for action. Check and verified the equipment nozzle orientation, levelness, squarness and anchor bolt. Check and verified the piping routing, elevation, alignment and orientation base on the isometric drawing. Reviewed the ITP issued by the client comments. Interface with 3rd party inspection. Issue the NCR for noncompliance report. Prepare daily and weekly report and submit to QA/QC manager for recording.

Recruitment

Duties include the preliminary (Personal & Technical) interview of the multi discipline personnel. The pre-qualifying of the multi discipline applicants, such as the Pipe Fitter,

Pipe Fabricator, Piping General Foreman, Piping Supervisor, Millwright, Electrician, Structural Fitter are base on the IMI testing procedure. The assessment will issue if the applicants are qualified or not. Base on the result of the test. The qualified applicant will put on the line up prior to submission of the requirement. Duties include to conduct the actual test in IMI training center facilities. Coordinate with the recruitment Supervisor and officer to update the applicant status.
