Liaison with customer for new enquiry & Analysed the drawing to make manufacturing feasibility study.

Prepare APQP/PPAP documents in line with projects and customer specific requirements.

Customer audit preparation, pre-audit and check for effectiveness.

Planning and execution of customer specific requirement

(CSR) audit for customer wise.

Internal System and process audit (In process, Supplier quality & Calibration Process).

Coordinate product and process control activities to prove capability of the process to customer.

Responsible to handle the quality problem for all suppliers and raise the 8D and close the corrective action.

Prepare and update inspection layouts, Visual standards & work instructions related to incoming, in process, Final and Firewall inspection individually.
