Review / Approve contractor's quality control procedures and Inspection and test plans (ITP) as required for Inspection activities and project specification. Prepare Project Quality Audit Schedule; QVD, QCP, ITP’s, approve method statements, conduct Project Quality Audits both for internal and external.

Inspection Verification of Skids and Equipment’s supplied by the Vendor’s at vendor premises or at site to maintain project quality and progress. Inspection co-ordination with vendors/third party. Maintain strong commitment to quality, cost, safety, health and environment.

Identify and eliminate causes of non-conformities, develop and implement plans and programs to training employees in special techniques and best practices. Analyze the non-conformities and establish prevention measures at all phases of construction activities. Implement and monitor the quality procedure complied to maintain the standard requirements.
