TREATMENT
Blue print of plant being implemented with three chambers in it with their respective works was taken at initial stage. Waste water is collected from the source and entering to the first chamber where solid particles in the water is suspending down and topmost water layer is entered to the second chamber, where microbes are added to the water and aeration is also done here only. fats are being digested by the microbes and left the tank free for an hour. Within an hour the microbes are settled down at the bottom of the tank and topmost layer of water is send to the third tank via jet pump. Sludge removal from second tank is done after the treatment process is over. In the third tank treated water is collected and send to the chlorine packed beds for regeneration of minerals. And so on process is repeated.
COPYROLYSIS OF
COAL AND
WASTE PLASTICS
In this project, waste plastic and coal are used as a raw material as the combustion of both are very harmful for the environment. The most important thing is to reduce waste plastics and to reuse it for its future life cycle. The waste plastics are blended with coal to produce good quality of fuel. Co-pyrolysis is a process in which two or more raw materials are used as a feedstock. The blending materials taken into a pyrolytic reactor under its optimum temperature that is 450oc after heating the blending materials got melted in the absence of oxygen. After taking some time an effectible amount of fuel product was carried out from the reaction. And also at the end of the reaction few amount of char product removed from the pyrolytic reactor. After completion of process the FTIR and GCMS analysis has done to know the characterization of fuel. The fuel product can be used as engine oil and also char products can be used as many industrial manufacturing purpose.
