OPERATION:-

Leading of plant at any emergency situations, give instructions/guidelines to overcome the plant.

Ability of well experience of the operation and maintenance of Oil and gas fired boiler, thermal boilers, and steam turbine.

Obtain required combustion efficiency for boiler, turbine efficiency, CEMS (continuous emission monitoring system), boiler and turbine operation as efficient performance wise.

Focus on safety functional & interlock checks BOILER& STG system.

Continuous efficient monitoring process and Routine inspection of boiler and turbine accessories.

To efficiently handle& monitoring Coal handling system, Ash handling system, Air compressors, Air dryers, water treatment units, Demineralization unit, etc.,

MAINTANENCE:-

Being responsible for planning with execution of preventive and routine maintenance.

Perform minor installation tasks such as seal replacement for the pumps,

Selection of required lubrication with help of manual.

Carry out planning and coordinating all internal tasks in the shutdown and routine jobs, Day to day operational and maintenance activities.

Responsible acceptance and analysis of documents works in the organization, Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports, Daily meetings, SLT meetings with the client.

Be fully competent act as engineer in any situation.

To understand & develop PID, engineering drawings for different sections of operation unit.

Participate in diagnose, repair errors, coordinate & report with a valued specific customer.
