Worked as a Bridge Engineer in Construction of Salalah Airport Interchange, which includes Main Bridge (80.8 M) with a span of 40.4 M and Pedestrian Bridge (60.8 M) with a span of 30.4 M of Cast-in-situ Pre-Stressed Concrete Bridges with Post-Tensioned type.
Well conversant with BS8666 for preparing Bar Bending Schedules. Also familiar with IRC, Indian Standards, British Standards and AASHTO Standards and FIDIC Conditions of Contracts.

Preparing Interim Payment Certificate.
Calculating the anticipated quantities for Budget.
Preparing the Bar Bending schedule and Steel quantities.

Preparing the Daily progress report and Monthly progress reports.
Checking steel fixing, shuttering works as per drawing and coordinating with consultant.
Attending the Concrete pours.
Involved in project close out such as guiding to prepare As Built Drawings & Hand-over of all the records.
Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and site team.
Checking Plans, Drawings and Quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of Materials and Equipment.
Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the Consultant.
Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), and attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Preparing reports as required.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
