A. Work Experience
Present:
1.(From 12 Sep 2018 till 30 Jun 2020): Joined as Loss Prevention Manager and taken over the charge of physical as well as InfoSec security. Worked for Reliance Jio on the role of Karvy Data Management at Bangalore.
2.(From 11th Dec 2017 to 30 Jun 2018): Joined as HR & GA Asst. Manager in MNC at Enkei Wheels India Ltd, Shikrapur, Pune.
3.(From 6th June 2016 to 31 Jul 2017): Worked as Loss Prevention Manager for Reliance Jio on the role of Riddhi Corporate Services Pvt Ltd. at Pune.
Job profile/Duties:
a.Implementation of Safety/Security Policy & Loss Prevention Management:
(i)To implement SS policies of the company to support the site operations in a cost effective & comprehensive manner.
(ii)Plan and direct policies, procedures, or systems to prevent the loss of assets/facility. Determine risk exposure or potential liability, and develop risk control measures.
(iii)Effectively manage security operations on 24x7 basis for the facility.
(iv)Monthly Admin/IT asset verification and submission of report.
(v)Investigation of any physical or logical loss and recovery/closing of the issue.
(vi)Establish and execute effective access controls for personnel (employees and authorized visitors) to the facility.
(vii)Ensuring compliance of Daily DSIR report, Periodic Access card report being sent to NHQ in timely manner.
(viii)Conducting fire & safety training for the staff and employee periodically
(ix)Execute of Monthly Fire & Mock Drills with high sensitivity and awareness.
(x)Maintain documentation of all loss prevention activity
b.Access Controls & Automation System
(i)Establish and execute effective access controls for man and materials through access controls system.
(ii)Effective implementation of PIAM (Physical Identification & Access Management) system.
(iii)Commissioning/Implementation of Fire Alarm System
(iv)Maintenance and inspections of fire equipment’s
(v)Facility surveillance through CCTV systems
(vi)Proper and effective use of VMS (Visitor Management System).
(vii)Follow up with Automation team for closure of SAS Issues
c.Security, Drivers, Canteen & Housekeeping Manpower Deployment
(i)Managing deployment of manpower during the shifts.
(ii)Making & Ensuring timely Salary disbursement to the all service provider vendors.
(iii)Follow up with all service provider vendors to ensure Statutory Compliances.
(iv)Ensure timely issuance of Agreements/WOs to the respective Agencies.
(v)Performance evaluation of Agencies and Manpower.
d.Following Policies and Procedures for warehouses:
(i)SOPs for health and safety, security, pest control, maintenance and cleaning, quality control and record keeping etc
(ii)Control of shrinkage and dump
(iii)Extra surveillance to the Bond stores
(iv)Effective use of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and ILMS (Integrated Logistics Management System).
(v)Establish and execute effective access controls for materials and assets.
e.Job Accountabilities as an Admin Management:
(i)Ensure all employee services like HK, Pantry, Food Court, Shifting, Pest control, tea vending, furniture, painting, civil, carpentry, electrical, mechanical and other utilities are carried out as per SLA & OLA in respective buildings by continuously liasianing with respective disciplinary.
(ii)Manage the financial budget, planning and analysis required for strategic purpose.
(iii)Preparation of annual /monthly financial statements/profit & loss accounts.
(iv)Monitor and coordination of all accounting activities with relation to admin & facility.
(v)Supervising inventory department to make sure that all the received and issuance has recorded properly.
(vi)Meeting employees based on the needs improvement feedback received through survey and ensure corrections and communicate feedback to employees to close the loop
(vii)Ensure daily rounds are taken in respective buildings to monitor upkeep of buildings and areas.
(viii)Ensure all fire fighting equipment’s are healthy and extinguishers are tested and refilled in time in respective building.
(ix)Ensure all pantries/conference rooms/meeting rooms/business centres should be in excellent condition in respective building.
(x)Support employee engagement activities & events
(xi)Ensure all unsafe conditions are corrected.
(xii)Maintain PR with important stake holders to improve service standards
(xiii)Ensure timely ground support during emergency situation – on site or off the site.
(xiv)Liaise for support for completion of shifting like material, loaders, vehicle etc.
f.Transport (Company and Vendor) Management:
(i)Ensure the timely and economically use of all hired buses as well as company vehicles.
(ii)Making sure that these all vehicles are as per the company OHS policy with all Statutory Compliances.
(iii)Allocation of all vehicles as per operational requirements on day to day and monthly basis.
(iv)Transport audits and monitoring through Vehicle Tracking System.
(v)Raising the bills/invoices of transport & Manpower as per schedule
(vi)Solving day to day basis issues and any problems if any.
B.Holding the UK CoC (Certificate of Competency), certificate to pilot the Merchant Vessels world-wide. (2008 – 2016)
(i)At Harbour: With cargo operations, complete all the legal requirements of various countries according to the local and international laws. To operate in their harbours and various supports like Administrations, labours, mechanical equipment’s, food, fresh water, oil, etc for cargo operations. Also, the governing the high security and safety of Man and material. 100 % protection of sea life and environment.
(ii)At Sea: Piloting the vessel from one port to other port worldwide in all type of sea, weather and sea states.
Earlier (Jan 1993 –Jan 2008)
With prominent expertise of over 15 years of Indian Navy in Executive department. Taking in-charge over the troops for to complete the task and duties in time, delivering the high orders conducting the exercise. To make sure the Completion of the assigned task in time. Specialisation in ‘Electronic Warfare’ which deals with various electronic war equipment’s, their use, operations and recognising enemy’s equipment’s with the help of their spectrum use.
