JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Keeping all records of KBR, Saudi Aramco and Al Fanar documents.

· Preparing project documents, converting to company format.

· Maintaining LOG SHEETS on daily basis.

· Maintaining a register of all incoming & outgoing mail.

· Stamping and recording of mail before circulating for distribution to the project manager.

· Preparing files and documents for clients and sending them via email.

· Developing and maintaining document control processes for the efficient management and recording all documentation.

· Ensuring that all the relevant project documentations are registered / maintained on the LOG SHEET.

· Developing photocopies / bindings and transmitting of documents as part of client’s submission.

· Assisting with the general project administration.

· Assisting in preparing of minutes of meetings (MOM) with the project managers and directors.
