Experience to handling the ROMER ARM CMM &, Bridge type Hexagon ADVANTAGE AND BROWN

& SHARP CMM.

Experience to handling the FARO Portable CMM &, Fixed horizontal arm Cimtrix CNC CMM.

Creating offline and online program in PC-DMIS 2019 R1 cmm Software.

Creating and executing the new program in cmm machines with CAM2MEASURES and CAPPS DMIS CMM software’s.

Planning & conduct layout inspection of all parts and analyzing the cmm reports and support to correct the panels, panel checkers, hard gauges as per reports.

Update and maintain the master list of instruments and calibrate as per plan.

Internally calibrate the measuring instruments, special gauges, pins as per laboratory procedures.

Follow-up of external calibration sources for calibrating the instruments and testing machines and verify the calibration results.

Handling of all instruments, UTM, Vickers & Rockwell Hardness testing machines. MSA (MEASUREMENT SYSTEM ANALYSIS):

Responsible to prepare a plan and to conduct the MSA study for all instruments, panel checkers, hard gauges.

Identify the critical characteristics and to organize the Gauge study for all appraisers in line (Variable & Attribute R&R).

Experience to conduct Bias, stability and linearity study for all instruments. INPROCESS ENGINEER:

Experience to inspect various types of components like pressed, welded, casting, machining and coated parts.

Verify the FOA parts with panel checkers to check the hole position, gap, trim and carry out the dimensional inspection, appearance reports and compile the PIST summary report.

Continuously monitoring and control the ongoing quality metrics through KPI (Key performances indicators).

Follow up of PPAP submission activities for new products or carry over engineering change parts.

Involve system implementation activities (i.e. IATF 16949 & MSA requirements) to achieve Ford Q1 Certification.

Closing the non-conformities with proper corrective action found during an audits. TRAININGS ATTENDED:
