Job Description

Responsible for counting and depositing daily cash sales and collections. Custodian of the house fund and change fund to all outlets. Supervises and monitors the work of head and outlet Cashier. Recommend the promotions, dismissal, transfer, hiring and such other actions supervisory in nature.

Sales transactions

Responsible in collecting cash sales remittance envelope every morning and provide change fund to all outlets.

Cash count the sales, prepares GCR for audit, sales report and cash position for the Comptroller

Receive payment of members, functions and other payment mode and issue corresponding Or Disbursements

Keep custody of house fund and checks for suppliers. All checks, PCV and advances for payments are duly approved and signed by authorized signatories.

Bank transactions

Responsible in depositing cash sales and collections in designated bank of the company.

Check the passbook balance if all payments or check released are already cleared and tally to cash position report.

In-charge of distribution of DH salaries and service charge of all regular employees

Assist the Comptroller/ chief Accountant in payroll accommodation or any transactions needed in the bank.

Checks and supervises outlet Cashiers in the performance of their work; give all information regarding functions intended for them.

Responsible in scheduling Cashier and their assignments.

Performs duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may be assigned by superior.

Worked as a Restaurant Auditor at Iberotel Miramar- Fujairah (From 2012 Jan to 2014)

Worked as an Account Receivable at Iberotel Miramar- Fujairah (From 2014 Jan to 2015 Jan)

Computer Literacy

Sound Knowledge in MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Access & Internet + E-mail.
