05-2019 to present: Kendall Lakes Rehabilitation Center: : Full time RN/BSN, administer medications to patients, perform treatments, procedures and special tests, and document treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations; interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions; develop plan of care; supervise LPNs and CNAs; provide and ensure that all medical services and treatments are delivered in a dignified manner; assisting to interdisciplinary annual meeting for all the patients assigned; assist and communicate with Primary MD and Psychiatrist MD.; auditing patient’s charts.

11-2018 to 05-2019: Nspire of Kendall Rehabilitation Center: Wound Care Team, play a key role on interdisciplinary team with Doctors, Nutritionist, and Physical Therapy. Evaluate each patient, perform skin assessment, classify wound, development and implement all treatments and consult as necessary. Ensure that Doctor’s orders are successfully carried out, including testing and medical procedure.
