Multi machining with a single motor

Description: Fabricating the multi operation machine which contains three operations

(drilling,boring,cutting). It works on the concept of bevel gear and cam mechanisms. Bevel gear

(90 degree power transmission) is used for carrying the operation. One of the bevel gear is connected with the motor and the other with the drill chuck. Hence the motor rotates, drill chuck also rotates. Motor pulley connected with the cam arrangement on the other side. Cam arrangement converts the rotary motion into reciprocating motion. Reciprocating motion is used for slotting and cutting operation.

Mini Project

Vertical axis s-type windmill

Description: This project focused on generating electricity from vertical axis turbine. windmill is installed in highways specifically yellow boundary of the road limit. When high speed vehicles across the boundary limit tolerance of road, which high speed wave strikes blades of the turbine. High speed wave have intensity of pressurized air, if the striking process was done at that time turbine generated electric power in periodical way and it is suitable for low power requirement process and domestic power needs.
