Successfully launched e-coat suppliers for processing & packaging Ford Probe service parts. Also worked thru defect issues resulting from e-coating Zinc Nickel coated material which supplier had no prior experience with.

Trained for 1 month at the Mazda Hiroshima & Hofu assembly plants in Japan. The training consisted of the development of inspections standards based on assembly methods of parts which were imported from the US. Also were able to visit common parts suppliers in Japan to compare their processing & control methods vs. US suppliers to aid in problem solving and improving the US processing control methods.
