Job Description : Consultant, Document Controller Cluster J02.
Responsibilities:
Generating documents (VO, RFI, TM, SD, MS, DS, etc. through EDMS & Preparing site information & forwarding to relevant concerned to review & action.
Updating & maintaining official logs for all Project documents.
Generate Weekly and Monthly reports for all document submittals using document logs.
Maintaining soft copy of the documents in FTP servers by creating folders arranging the documents accordingly.
Creating hyperlinks of the documents in the log to facilitate easy retrieval of the documents by the Engineers.
Distribution of documents to Engineers as per Project Managers instruction, both electronically and manually.
Preparation of site related other documents as requested by client.
Preparation & Submission of weekly/monthly progress reports for PM.
Maintaining the logs for Contracts department documents like BOQ, IPC Contractors notices, Letters, Invoices etc.
Maintaining the records of IPC’s.
