Duties and Responsibility

~To open gates to allow entrance and exit of trucks,employees and authorization visitors

~To record the number of trucks and other carriers entering and leaving the premises

~To supervise the use of clocks for recording arrival and departure of employees

~To check permits from employees for tools and materials taken out of the premises

~Carrying out night patrols around the company

~Ensure high quality house health and safety standards

~Write reports of daily activities and regularities,such as equipment or properties damaged, theft, present of unauthorised persons or usual occurrence.

~Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.

~Escorts people /property to desired destination when monies, documents or safety of property prices persons are concern.
