Scope: It is a Missile Launcher System done for Naval application. The system length was 560mm, height 1400mm, width 700mm, weight 140kg. It is fully rack based structure. Most parts were done by sheet metal the material is IS737, 19000H2 which is pure aluminium and some other parts were done by aluminum block material is IS736, 64430WP, T6061. Reason for selection of aluminium with better electrical, thermal conductivity and very less weight. This system having EMI/EMC control with water sealing by using silicon silver aluminum gasket.

Scope: Dual Transmit Receiver Module Power Supply Unit is a radar signals receiving unit. It was made by Al alloy 6061T6 because of better thermal conductivity. The PCB board produces more output power from board, in order to determine the temperature hot spot areas depending upon that have to select Thermal pad and placed on the components. PCB board covered by bottom & top cover by fixing CSK screws from top to bottom.

Title: Garlic Peeler Machine

Using Software: AutoCAD 2014, 2017 LT, PRO-E CREO4.0 & Solid Works 15.0
Scope: This is S.S 304 frame structure machine and having hopper with stirrer, heater, control panel, cylinder with collecting tray & side doors with Castor Wheels. Garlic is feeded to hopper unit with help of conveyor and heat is transferred to hopper unit, then garlic is stirred with help of stirrer, so gradually heat is transferred to each garlic and dry garlic is shifted to cylinder and peel with the help of forced air.

Title: Food Sealing Machine

Using Software: AutoCAD 2014, 2017 LT, PRO-E CREO4.0 & Solid Works 15.0
Scope: This is mild steel frame structure machine and having rotating disc, gear motor drive, air cylinder, cup drop, filling unit, pick & place unit, sealing unit, discharge unit. Cup is placed in cup holder with help of air cylinder; cup is picked and dropped in rotating disc with the help of gear motor drive. Cup is moved to filling unit and curd is filled then moved to pick & place unit, here sealing cover is placed on cup with the help of rack and pinion mechanism, then move to sealing unit with the help of heater cover and discharged from rotating disc with help of air cylinder.
