Key Result Areas:

Managed and reviewed variations on contractor’s claims. Prepared Interim & Final valuations of works as well as made recommendations for the payments.

Preparing and presenting the risk management plan containing an analysis of likely risks with both high and low impact.

Verifying claims from the contract agreement and legal perspective study and defend the claims made by contractors/subcontractors in coordination with the Project Managers.

Supporting the project during the contract changes/claims process providing the cost impact analysis, and keep an update on cost/revenues forecast.
