Successfully negotiated sale to affiliate of Samsung.

Major customers service people transportation, goods/package delivery and service vehicle fleets. Major fleet customers include UPS, Yale University, Pepsi, Yellow Cab Taxi, Metro Cars Limousines, airport shuttles, schools shuttles and many others.

RAND McNALLY,

Responsible for this largest map maker in the world and transforming it into a Digital Map Products Company by developing and offering first in

the industry Global Positioning Systems (GPS) for large commercial tracks and RV’s (Track Navigation Devices -TND), various software

products, and e-commerce.

NTN COMMUNICATIONS, INC.

COO/CFO, 2005 - 2007

Company developing software for interactive game platforms, broadcasting advertising and interactive games utilizing various platforms, including proprietary iTV Network, wireless cell phones, cable TV, satellite TV, personal computers and in the software and hardware products and services.

Major customers include Domino’s Pizza, TGI Fridays and other Fast Food Restaurants Chains. The company has five locations in the U.S., Canada and Europe and employs over 200 people. NTN Wireless & POS Software Solutions develops, manufactures, markets and sells wireless devices and software solutions to the hospitality and healthcare industries. Expanded sales and took the company from a 20-year of consecutive losses to profitability. Reduced operating costs and increased sales resulting in improvements on the bottom line by $1,350,000 from Q2 to Q3 2005, producing a profit for the first time ever (in over 20 years). Earned positive cash flow for five consecutive quarters (Q3 ’05, Q4 ’05, Q1 ’06, Q2 ’06 and Q3’06).

VIVA! VISION/INETCAM INC., 2002 - 2005

A venture capital founded software start-up company developing and manufacturing video, data and audio streaming software platform solutions with high degrees of bandwidth-efficiency for various network applications with capability to transmit over cell phone networks, wireless Wi-Fi and wired networks. Produced and patented device independent software platforms with the lowest bandwidth and storage, dynamic bit rate control, low system cost, increased system flexibility, and simplified installation. Expanded company revenue by selling and partnering with security, hospitality, banking and health industries, as well as OEM’s like Qualcomm, Panasonic, Siemens, Toshiba, Matsushita/Akme, and telephone/internet carriers like Verizon, Sprint and others. Achieved profit for the first time in company history.

MPI, Inc., 1997 – 2002

CEO, President and Chairman of the Board

P&L accountability for all aspects of this electronic components company, which specializes in the design, manufacture, testing, and sale of electronic products to OEM companies mainly for high speed internet, semiconductor test equipment for INTEL Pentium chips, medical devices for healthcare and wireless applications.

Negotiated sales contracts with Digirad, Nanogen, Schlumberger, Microsource and Micro Networks. Obtained Virtual Factory Qualification from Intel Corp. and supplier approval status from Digital Equipment (Compaq/HP) and National Semiconductor.

Forged vital business partner relationships with Motorola and Texas Instruments.

Achieved profitability within 18 months with the company, which incurred losses for prior 12 years.

GIGATEK M. S., INC., 1989 – 1996

CEO, President, Chairman & Founder

As the company founder, conceived and realized a vision to establish a company that provided a one to one hard disc data backup on a single QIC computer tape cartridge. Directed the effort to enable Gigabyte capacity on a single QIC cartridge, increasing storage capacity from 10MB to 10GB.

Developed the business plan and secured $5M in funding to establish a computer tape cartridge manufacturing company.

In five years, grew company to become the world’s second largest manufacturer of QIC computer tape cartridges, offering magnetic and optical data storage products, with an annual run rate of $45M.

Established a customer base consisting of distribution, retail, OEM, and Fortune 500 companies in US, European, and Asian markets.

Negotiated and signed multi-million dollar contracts with major computer manufacturers, and retail customers, including HP, IBM, BASF, Fuji, Hitachi-Maxell, Memorex, TDK, CompUSA, and others.

Successfully negotiated the company acquisition by Samsung affiliate.

Directed and led computer data storage technology departments at several different locations of the Carlisle companies with $140M in revenue.

As Vice President of Engineering, directed the company’s total engineering operations: managed research and development, manufacturing engineering, process and product engineering.

Prior to 1985, held positions at Texas Instruments, BASF and MIT; as Senior Engineering Manager, International Projects Manager, Marketing Product Manager, Project Manager, and Research Assistant. Major customers included Boeing, Rockwell International, Ford, and GM.
