Iām a professional expert in food plants, throughout my career I have had the opportunity to participate in plants with more than 40 years in operation, to plants that I have developed since the construction, start-up and the complete implementation of the operating systems.
I have experience in food processes such as bakery, ice cream, pasta, prepared meals, coffee, cold chains. In turn, I have implemented major integrated systems for the certifications of the world's highest body for food safety (GFSI). I was in charge of the complete operation of the production plant with the areas of production, quality, maintenance, logistics, billing, customer service, warehouses. For a total group of 38 internal clients with 800 people as a group.
My main objectives are to make the plant financially profitable with a EBITDA more that 12%, as well as to maintain the operational KPIs of the different areas at optimal levels of operation.
The main challenges are the implementation of quality systems based on AIB, and FSCC 22000, as well as, actively participate in SO&P plans, for the entire group.
I m in charge of maintaining the main margins of cost, and operating expenses of the company and present them month by month to the general management.
