• Under the mandate of the State of New Jersey, the Department of Community Affairs was delegated the responsibilities of overseeing the relief efforts of mitigating the damages and devastation caused by Superstorm Sandy in October of 2012.

• As a construction manager, responsibilities evolve around the overall administration of policies and procedures in the implementation of Community Development Block Grant — Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funding for the remediation of commercial and residential substantially damaged properties, through the state's Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Elevation and Mitigation program (RREM).

• Perform all related tasks that assured Superstorm Sandy construction projects, coordinated under the state’s contractors: CB&I and Gilbane Building Co., run smoothly, on time and within budget. This also include, on a daily basis, resolving the existing preponderance of construction related problems occurring on what has been categorized as Pathway "A", "B" and "C" projects, throughout the state of NJ. 09/10 — 06/15 NATIONWIDE PEST MANAGEMENT SERVICES, E. Orange, NJ - Construction Engineer:

• Established this company's construction infrastructure as a separate division for this long-standing pest control business. This was a new combination of construction services and employee training that would be self- sustaining after my departure. I was contracted to perform these tasks as a result of this company’s receipt of a large increase in all types of customer demand for affordable construction services.

• Perform all required Estimates, RFI, RFQ; scheduling, budgeting and supervision of crew for all construction work related to B2B, retail and homeowner repairs; both structural and non-structural; resulting from termite, carpenter ants, insects, and other animal damages. 04/04 —11/09 THE HOME DEPOT, Bloomfield, NJ - Kitchen Designer & Consultant

• Performed all tasks required to design and sale complete kitchen and bathroom cabinetry projects to single family home owners and contractors of record. This consisted of providing customers with consultation services on their kitchen and bath renovations; and producing plans and specifications using 20/20 Technologies Design program to make the final sales. Responsibilities also included processing Estimated Quotes, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders for contractors of multiple unit projects. Correspondence and tracking of POs were also maintained as well as monitoring the receipt and delivery of the final product to single family home owner and contractors of multiple units. As a result of the later, corresponding and task coordination with both the cabinet vendors and/or customer's cabinet installer was performed.

• This job was a six (6) month per Diem contract. After obtaining proper government security clearance, project responsibilities included executing the mandates of the Transit Security Administration's (TSA) Homeland Security Act as related to design improvements at the Airports boarding areas. This included upgrades to the glass/glazing seating areas, energy conservation measures, security layout reconfigurations and the installation of new security screening equipment, at five (5) of our nation's airports. These improvements, were made under the government's directive, "Strategic Airports Security Rollout" project, after the 9/11 World Trade Center attack, and were performed at: Des Moines, International Airport (IA); Fort Dodge, IA & Regional Airport

(RA); Mason City, IA & Municipal Airport (MA); Rochester, MN (IA); and La Crosse, WI (IA).
