Summary

I am an educated and seasoned adult learning professional, skilled and experienced in creating interactive and engaging online learning and instructor-led courses. I begin with needs analysis to determine learning objectives, approach, delivery method and timeline. I then author pages, interactive objects, video, audio, graphics, assessments and other course assets. Finally, I publish and distribute training materials, and facilitate classroom and virtual training.
