A Note from Me…
While my focus has been primarily in the theatrical world, my qualifications translate into many different jobs. As part of my experience, I am comfortable working in large teams, familiar with Microsoft Office programs, and have extensive training in Human Resources. As a leader of many management teams, I was responsible for payroll and budget submissions, training new team members, communicating with out-of-town General Managers, organizing weekly travel logistics for teams of 40+ members, and acting as a Union steward for some of our company members. • Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly schedules for teams of 50+ people.
• Manage all Press requests and Marketing events
• Submit payroll to accounting department for all performers-making note of vacation, overtime, sick days, personal days, holidays, etc.
• Provide daily reports to all creative team members highlighting any issues that need addressing.
• Provide functioning archival notes and footage of show
