Able to take ownership of and deliver MEP fit-out works on site independently not limited to:

Checking of and identifying all requirements for Testing and Commissioning of MEP works package.

Checking and clearing of contractors QA Submittals and Inspection Requests.

Generate and submit Weekly and Monthly Reports

Generate, manage and maintain tracking and reporting schedules.

Direct and manage a full team of Inspectors

Direct and manage the Contractor not limited to the MEP works

Full knowledge of Document Control procedures.

Full knowledge of HSE principles and practices.

Air-conditioning & Refrigeration System Design Knowledge.

Review and approving Heat Load Calculation as per Ashrae & Carrier Standards.

Approving and finalization of Equipment Selection & Placement of Indoor / outdoor Units as per site conditions.

Well known of Duct Design using Equal Friction Method following SMACNA Standards.
