WORKS ACCOMPLISHED:

Operation of 600 MW pulverized fuel fired coal based power plant having sub critical two pass boiler with six Ball and Tube Mill, Dong Fang turbine and Generator, One and a half breaker scheme 400KV switch yard erected and commissioned by SEPCOIII.

Boiler type – Harbin Boiler-HG-2060/17.5-YM9.

Turbine type – Dong-Fang make Turbine N600-16.7/538/538-1.

Generator type – Dong-Fang Electrical Machine Co. Ltd. QFSN-600-22F (706MVA)

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Swift operation of plant in shifts and coordinating with Top Management and Maintenance team about plant status.

Monitoring ABT ( Availability based tariff) efficiently to get maximum UI charges.

Handling overall operations of plant such as BTG and BOP with the help of sub-ordinates.

Responsible for safety isolation and Permit to work system.

Currently also associated with Plant performance improvement drives.

Continuously monitoring vital parameters of boiler, turbine, generator and electrical system

Highly efficient in decision taking during emergencies and handling it swiftly

Handling Runback, House load, Blackout, Islanding.
