As Senior Program/Project Manager/PMO, I am responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in a project life-cycle (initiation, planning, executing / controlling, and closing) associated with high visibility projects that are long-term, across one or more lines of business and carry a substantial impact to the relevant businesses.
Responsible for end-to-end program or project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end across agile, waterfall and incremental types of project.
Typically manages a family or series of projects associated with a specific business strategy to obtain benefits and controls. Interacts with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects.
Responsible for defining/improvising scope management, configuration management, estimation, schedule management, risk management processes for a specific business unit. Develops and implements program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics.
Responsible for applying Earned Value Management (EVM) Techniques to manage cost and schedule.
Consults with business partners to clarify and define complex business requirements, budgets and business cases, including statements of work. Responsible for defining custom project life cycles and appropriate methodologies for projects with unique nature.
Creates and delivers presentations on program or project goals and plans, including progress reports. Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors.
Responsible to view the linkages between P&L and other drivers which impact the financial performance of the business.
Responsible for performing end-to-end risk and issue management for complex programs and business units. Ensures program/project-related risks and issues are managed according to the Project Management Policy. Create the mitigation plan and monitor its effectiveness and/or resolve issues.
Leads project staff, including training and performance evaluation. Able to handle 120 plus resources, including six managers/leads, across multi technology project like Cobol, Java, Siebel, .Net and Informatica.
As Service Delivery Manager, I am responsible in the implementation of ITIL standard processes, defining the Service Level Agreement and Operations Level Agreement under the Service Level Management. Making sure that all SLAs and OLAs are followed and met as agreed with the client.
As Delivery Manager, I am responsible for the delivery of all required and expected deliverables/results, on time, within the allocated budget and of high quality. This is applicable to all teams across the project. I am the point of contact for escalation for offshore team. I have the authority to finalize the go/no-go decision of a particular requirement.
As SPM/SDM/DM, I handle the projects financial status. Making sure that the project meets it Revenue objective, minimize project cost and meet or exceed the expected project margin.
As a Professional Scrum Master, I’m managing an offshore scrum team that work closely with product owners and client sponsors.
I work closely with cross functional teams to define project scope and all required deliverables, activities, activity sequence, Work Break-down Structure (WBS) and work estimates to create a framework for the project schedule.
I manage the whole project. Handles the project’s/team's chargeability and utilization, find/create tasks for the team, making sure that we are all 100% chargeable and utilized and avoiding idle time.
Offshore lead are primarily responsible in liaising with onshore counterparts in order to complete requirements gathering, requirements analysis, high level design (functional design), technical design and detail design deliverables, coding, unit testing, assembly testing, fixing and production support for a given project.
Knowledgeable and practices CMMI Level 5 policies, Change Configuration Management, Business Continuity Plan.
Knowledgeable and uses Microsoft Office Macro for creating tools and Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project and JIRA.
