Quality Control Manager & Safety Coordinator
Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs including six QA/QC personnel. Implemented level II Nuclear grade calibration programs to improve measuring repeatability and accuracy; developed a safety program that included safety audits and employee training to OSHA requirements. Maintained zero accidents.
Developed Quality checklist based on repeat customer complaints which resulted in a reduction of documentation and testing errors by over 50%.
Reduced critical supplier average product failures by over 86%, (avg. 12 to 1.67 per month).
