Scrum Master

HCSC (Healthcare Service Corporation is a Subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield) does business in the five states of IL,OK, MT, MN and TX. I was brought onboard to take care of an important, big and failing Scrum team that never met sprint commitment and further never had an End of the Sprint Showcase/Demo to the stakeholders. After I took over in two sprints, I changed to trend to better in terms of everything such as team morale, velocity and Showcases etc. Then I was given a second team, that was comprised of 3 different portfolios which I lead successfully to their first production Release. Worked closely with the PMO on EES project.

Responsibilities:

Mentored and Led TWO cross functional team of 18 resources in all through multiple releases

Took over a team of 14 members that never finished a Sprint commitment before and lead to success

Worked with PMO to update the project plan to reflect the sprints’ progress

The data in the Tiles depend on data that is continually refreshed in the background and presented when user invokes the application no matter where from. The application also has an offline working capability allowing editing.
