Activities performed: On behalf of Developer for the development project of Hail City Expansion Project, Saudi Arabia, and Part of the Consultant Team to overlook the complete Infrastructure works for land development and development of government building for different sector of 18 Millions Square meter project, the scope of work under Hail City Expansion Project – each Phase involves constructing of the following items:

Utilities involve in construction of the project

Roads work.

Street lightning.

Potable water network.

Activities performed: As a Project Manager part of the contractor team to execute the works of building works, roads infrastructure, Landscape and all underground utilities of Water, Sewerage, Storm, Irrigation, lighting and medium voltage .

Lead and coordinates construction activities from tendering stage to project construction completion based on Scope of work (SOW).

Coordination with technical team for design drawing study and shop drawing preparation.

Technical discussion with consultant for design drawing issued for construction and submission of shop drawing for further construction activity approval.

Activities performed: On behalf of Ministry of Transport, KSA for the project of Roads, Bridges and interchanges part of the consultant supervision team in Hail, project consists of 12 sub projects with 6 Contractors and each having different links of road & Interchanges for development budget of 1.105 billion SAR and act as Resident Engineer when Resident Engineer is out of station as per project management plan and responsibilities.

General oversight of inspector's daily activities including work assignment on-site performance and guidance on the supervision of the contractor's operations.

Review of all structural drawing and construction supervision of all structural work of bridges & Culverts, Road work and infrastructure work.

Implementation of safety procedures during all construction activities.

Review of contractor's inspection, surveying and testing requests and subsequent completed reports.

Inspect site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works.

Give a practical advice on constructional matters.

Checking onsite detour of contractor and rectification if required as per consensus of Ministry

Activities performed :On behalf of the Client Government of Pakistan, part of Project Implementation Unit team to overlook Earthquake damaged area of of roads, residential, commercial and government buildings projects estimated cost approximately more than (1 billion Rs).

EEAP Earthquake Emergency Assistance Project have implemented the Asian Development Bank Guide lines and FIDIC General conditions of contract and particular conditions for execution of the project program, also used the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASTHO), American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM) and British Standard (B.S) for the material specification and testing procedures.

Reviewed and prepared estimation reports of BOQ as well as Technical bid investigation, evaluation of tender documents of contractors bid for projects. Forwarded evaluation reports to Donation Agencies for Earthquake (Asian development bank) for NOC to award the tender to the successful bidder.

Reviewed design deficiencies and implemented new modified designs as required according to the site conditions.
