August-2008 till June-2009 -Experience as a Test Lead:

Worked on a Retail Transformation project for a Leading Telecom Player for Australia as a test lead; implementation was for Oracle PoS and Oracle Financials and besides this there were 7 external products handled by different IT companies.

Handling a team of 9 Assistant Software Engineers.

Understanding the end to end business flows from BRDs and mapping the requirements to Test Cases.

Planning the test case execution in Quality Center and distribution of test cases in team.

Handled the critical Oracle Finance interface testing, which was the only area which needed client approval.

Providing weekly report of planned target and actual execution to Project Lead.

.Other Activities at Work:

Part of recruitment team for conducting interviews for hiring talent in Oracle Supply Chain Management track.

Handling the Award Activities for 250 people across Offshore and Onsite which includes sending nominations for quarterly awards and monthly awards and keeping track on the results for publishing in Newsletter.

Member of Unit Cricket team and won the tournament in June- 2011, Oct-2011, June-2012.

Handled the logistics, planning and budgeting of funds for Quarterly Team events for Denver based accounts.

As part of CSR, a team was build up to support “Udaan” – NGO in Pune, which takes care of orphan children under-14. I handled the monetary funds from Hyderabad office.
