JOB ROLES AND RESPONDSBILITIES

HR Policy - Interfacing with management and heads of department for implementing HR policies & procedures in line with core organizational objectives.

Recruitment - Vast experience of recruitment & also exposure of Campus Interview, selection, induction, orientation and development of new employees in the organization through Career and Succession Planning. Balanced score card /KRA & KPI- Setting &Conducting BSC/KRA/KPI reviews ERP -Generating & updating details in Facto HR / SAP software for new joiners & updating on existing employees (Personal details,ESI/PF updations, educational details, Mediclaim, previous company details, pay structure for new joiners & confirmation employees, promotions, increments, full & final settlements, Income Tax, LTA etc.

Performance Appraisal - Formulating/implementing various increments, incentives & other remuneration policies. Managing the appraisal process across the functional levels and establishing frame work for substantiating the performance appraisal system linked to reward management. Payroll – Maintaining attendance master document of respective documentation and updation of Loans and Advance, Training allowances, Travel Claims, Leaves Management, LOP, Pay slips Generating, ESI & PF compliance, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare fund, Income Tax workings, Form 16 etc. Statutory Compliance - Responsible for PF, ESIC, Medical Insurance, GPA, Gratuity, Factory Act 1948, TN Shops & Establishments Act, Contract Labour Act, Maternity Benefit Act and National & Festival Holidays Act, Labour Welfare fund. Coordinating with the consultants to take care of employees for PF, ESIC & Medi-claim Insurance for the existing employees as well as new comers, Liaisoning with government officials and renewal all legal licenses, return filing etc.

Training & Development: - Determining Training needs & supervising programs to enhance efficiency in Soft Skills, Personality development, Health and Safety training, Safety ride training etc. Organize First Aid training camp, Fire Fighting & Mock Drill training on periodical. Responsible for Compliance Audit, CTPAT, SA 8004, SEDEX, and WRAP Audit score card and Planning and executing further improvements on lacking area.

Industrial/Union handling /Employee relations / Committees (Workers Committee/Grievance/Internal Compliance Committee/Health and Safety/Canteen Committees ): Industrial Disputes Act 1957, Trade Union Act 1926, Standing order Act 1946, Liaisoning with Govt. Department for inspection and audit, Maintaining and updating all statutory documentations and statutory returns, Handling legal compliance etc. Also, maintaining a harmonious work climate by meeting regularly to understand their problems and support in case of any assistances. Response to queries, policy clarifications, grievance handling, counseling, providing guidance as needed to resolve personnel related issues, Long term settlement.

Internal Compliance Audit / Management Information System – Documentations preparations of Entire Audits, Responsible for generating of HR MIS – weekly reports. Maintaining records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data such as hire transfers, performance appraisal and absenteeism rates. Administer and tracking employees benefits programs ranging from group insurance to Accident care policy Monitoring attendance on daily basis. Admin Support - Acting as one point contact for all administrative matters like Time keeping and attendance, canteen management, Hostel management, maintenance and repairs of company’s assets, Telephone lines, mobile phones, logistics and courier services, procurements on Office requirements, storage and issue of stationery and compensation of employees, Handling Contractors legal compliances, Entire Stocks Updations, Rejections Goods, All Vendors AMCs process and negotiations.
