Job Profile:

HR & Administration

• Preparing and issuing the HR legal documents such as an offer / Appointment letters /Employment Contracts etc.

• Ensuring the employees/trainees to get to his/her workstation, Employee Id, Access card, Bank accounts along with the salary advance on the day of joining.

• Participating in the meeting and presentation pertaining to HR policies and procedures.

• Coordination with the clients.

WAGE & SALARY ADMINISTRATION

• Preparing & updating addition and separation list and sending it to Finance team on monthly basis for a safe salary disbursal.

• Preparing renewal contracts, Emoluments for all the salary revision / Incremental cases and sending it to the finance team.

• Preparing and sending memos to finance team for any additions /deductions / Reimbursement etc.

• Preparing CTC for costing and submitting the same report to the Management.

• Preparing and Maintaining CTC for each existing employees.

• Work closely with the finance team to ensure that salaries, holidays and other leaves are accurately accounted for.

WORKMEN HEALTH & SAFETY

• Ensuring all the new entrants enrolled in the company’s group insurance policy.

• Ensuring best medical facilities given to sick / injured employees & coordinate with hospital authorities for the same.

• Help Renewing contract terms with the Insurance companies and Hospital authorities.

• Taking care of all the accidental cases on site, Preparing report, Processing Claims and ensuring to have optimum compensation received from the insurer.

REPORT / DATA MANAGEMENT

• Maintaining accurate database (Master sheet) for all the employees.

• Maintaining accurate CTC database (CTC Master sheet) & Reports for all the active employees in the company.

• Preparing and maintaining the Omanisation Report on timely manner, keeping the Line manager informed on variations (if any).

• Preparing various kinds of reports linked with Leave such as Leave Due / On Leave

/ Over –Stay etc.

• Be first point of contact for all the requirements like- NOC certificates, salary Certificates / Experience letter etc.
