PATENTS

Pneumatic machine for Installation of vehicle door guard (#No60819)

2009

Ergonomy and safety are the most important factors in production lines. The Door Guard Station in the Trim line of an automotive manufacturer was a station with most waste parts (more than 20%) and operators could not work more than six hours due to the harmful pain in their wrist. This invention changed the process and reduced the waste to less than 1000 PPM which is related to human error.

Patent: Enriched cube salt (#No61064)

2009

Many people use salt more than their body needs. It is their habit. It is harmful and they know, but they cannot ignore it. This invention made a new type of salt from a natural salt that volume is expanded three times with the same amount of salt. It means, they use less salt, but they feel more satisfied.

Telescopic towing clamp (#No59858)

2009

If your car stopped in the middle of nowhere and there was no emergency repair person, you need to move your car with another car. In this case, you need a tool to tow the car with another car. According to the regulation, this tool must make a distance between two cars (more than 3 feet). However, you don't want to put a 3 feet tool in the trunk of your car. This invention designed a telescopic towing clamp that is less than one foot and it can expand to 3 feet. It is easy to install and pass all regulations as well as safety tests.

Producing Betadine spray without gas pressure (#No70153)

2010

Storage of the medical materials for a long time and using a small portion as it is needed for patients are important factors in inventory management, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. As an example, in a disaster situation, it is hard to send a lot of liquid materials for the task force teams and Betadine is one of them. We found a way to make a spray of Betadine without adding any gas or other pressurized materials into the spray.

PUBLICATIONS

Book: Creativity and TRIZ, 2007

This book contains an overview of creativity definition and techniques as well as TRIZ philosophy and tools. This book supports the reader by many best practices of 40 principles of TRIZ.

Book: Total Innovation Management, 2010

My theoretical and practical background in TQM and a well-balanced combination of TRIZ and Six Sigma sparked in my mind the idea of designing an executive method for Total Innovation Management (TIM) or in other words Sustainable Innovation System (SIS). This book contains a comprehensive review of creativity, strategy, organization, production management, etc. It proposes a model with which a CEO can create a system that manages innovation and problem- solving by deploying strategy in a top-down method and applying suggestions systems in a bottom-up way, concerning regulations, customers, entrepreneurship, NPD, etc.

Book: Implementation of Total Innovation Management, 2014

After I published “Total Innovation Management (Sustainable Innovation System)”, I put my theoretical knowledge of the field into practice in engine production lines of car manufacturing and many other similar companies. Eventually, I gathered all my experience in the form of a book titled “Implementation of Total Innovation Management.” This book contains great advice to the CEOs and managers who decided to implement a sustainable innovation system.

Standard Problem-Solving skills, 2014

Teaching problem-solving tools is not just about transferring knowledge. Improving the skill of problem-solving is a crucial part of teaching. This book contains extensive practices using Problem-Solving tools and methods to learn about real-world problems and solutions.
