Studying the civil layouts of Electrical buildings, administrative & main electrical buildings, Control pulpits, WTP pump houses, hydraulic & Grease lubrication stations,cable tunnels, pipe tunnels for providing Air conditioning & ventilation systems.

Prepare Design Basis report for Air-conditioning and ventilation systems. Preparation of Heat Load Calculation, Pressure drop calculation for fan and pump selection, mechanical and electrical Equipment capacity selection and Bill of material for Air Conditioning and ventilation systems. Preparation of Basic Engineering drawings like Equipment layout civil assignment / Duct Layout and flow diagrams for supporting to finalize the civil building’s BE drawings.

Prepare ACVS equipment electrical load list to finalize LT/HT panel and cable schedule with the electrical department.

Planning of Duct routing and chilled water, condenser water & make up water pipe routing layout of Air Conditioning & Ventilation System. Checking the Drawings done by draughtsman in view of quality and interface with other equipment’s and other utilities.

Preparation of Enquiry Technical specification and Purchase specification for order placement in line with contract scope, ISHRAE, ASHRAE and other Indian standards.

Vendor offer evaluation and technical meeting with vendor and giving final technical clearance to Project/Purchase department for releasing PO. Checking of Vendor drawings in technical and contract scope wise. Attend technical meetings with client for getting approval of Detail Engineering drawings and documents.

Planning of man- hours and preparing reports of project review meetings, project scheduling and material supply at site and site visits. Prepare Cost estimation, Technical and price offer for the Pre-Projects / bidding stage.

Technical support to marketing department before offer submission. Attend technical meeting at Customer / consultant’s office during contract signing. Prepare and update BAR chart in Microsoft project and primavera. Direct reporting to Head of the department, updating engineering progress and bottle neck of the project.
