●Presently working with Aerostar Helmets & Accessories limited,Bhiwadi(Rajasthan) since April'2018 as Quality Sr. Engineer.

Our Company is conducting testing protective helmets as per BIS(IS 4151 :2015), DOT(FMVSS 218), ECE(R 22.05),SLSI(517) Our lab certified by BIS, DOT & SLSI.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

●Responsible for standardized works and operations as per pre-determined quality parameters mentioned in Control Plan, Operator Instructions, Set-up Approval Instructions, Visual Aids, SOP, PFD to each process.

●Application of PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA,APQP,7QC Tools & problem solving steps

●Planning and implementation of actions based on the analysis of non-conforming products.

●Preparing MIS of measuring PPM, Pareto, Cost of Quality, Customer/Warrant PPM, Customer Returns, Scrap trends, In-house Rejection analysis and CAPA,8D etc.

●Leading the CFT for different problems arises from Moulding, Sanding, Painting, Visor Coating, Harness & Assembly

●Responsible for the Lab Testing of protective helmets as per IS 4151:2015,DOT FMVSS 218,ECE R 22.05,SLS517 & VCA Certification

●In process Shift handling with Team Members overall quality department.

(Incoming, Moulding, Paint shop, Assembly, PDI & LAB)

●Conduct the process capability study.

●Conducting meetings with vendors related to the quality issues of their items & Maintaining M.O.M records.

●To conduct & co-ordinate the routine in-process inspection & line rejection.

●To conduct Patrolling Inspection & poison cake test on Shop Floor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

●Maintaining 5 S at shop floor.

●Maintaining the LAB records & calibration of all machines

●Problem solving using 7 QC tools, Pareto Analysis & Fishbone Diagram.

●Control in-house rejection by installation of POKA-YOKE & KAIZEN on shop floor.

●Ensuring testing of helmets as per scheme of testing & release the report.

●Maintaining history card & preventive maintenance check sheet of respective machines.

●Conduct tests as per standard i.e Impact Absorption test, Tensile test, Compression/rigidity test, Salt spray test, Hardness test, Surface friction test, Dynamic retention test, Penetration test, Refractive power & Transmittance test etc.

Paint peel off test, Tape test, DFT test, Gloss test, etc.

10+2 science Council Of Higher Secondary Education,Odisha in 2009 with 62.83%..

B.Tech in Mechanical from Biju Patanaik University of Technology,Odisha in 2013 with SGPA 7.14(10).
