Supervised the all electrical technicians to distributed priority of the sub-

Attend the FAT & SAT for vendor packages, SWBD and control panels etc… Fallow of the procedure whit vendors.

Plan & Prepare documents of pre-commissioning work as per priority of the sub Systems. Single line, loop interconnection, control wiring drawing, and Vendor packages drawings.

Pre-Commissioning of MV/LV SWBD’s, MV/LV motors, LGSP, 440V & 220V DB’s, UPS, HVAC and MCC panels. Carryout test report LV switchboard ACB & starter Drawer’s ducter test, primary Injection & secondary injection and function test.

Single line, loop interconnection and control wiring drawing As Built based on field.

Attending tri-party punch walk as per client requirement and wrote the punch list.

Carried out as per ABS & DNV requirements of test procedures. Hand over the OTP &

CTP commissioning test procedure to operation team.

Understand the Permit to Work and Lock-Out Tag-Out Procedures and follow safe Working practices.

Cable’s, Cable tray, Lighting, Distribution board, control panel and Grounding System.

Witness and verify Continuity, Merger test, Hi-pot test of LV /MV/HV SWBD &Equipment.

Performed Quality Assurance/Control inspection for Mechanical Completion activities and confirmed/approved the Inspection & Test Record (ITR), where applicable prepare punch list and attached to the ITR and submit the same to Project Information Management System (PIMS).

Coordinate with the construction and mechanical completion, safety and other concerned departments for QA/QC inspection activities.

Witnessed insulation resistance, continuity and H.V hi potential cable testing, cold loop checking, earth continuity resistance test, low ohm (dugter) test for bus bars, bench & field calibration, leak testing, instrument function test and installation.

Performed pro-active QA/QC inspection to the ongoing construction activities to align/comply all construction output to the specific project procedures, standards, specifications and ensure that it follows all relevant approve for construction drawings.

Review as per IEC-60079 and ATEX standard of Technical document, Drawing and comment (ATEX) Hazardous area in Marine and Topside modules.
